Blog Marathon Post 3. Peace and Harmony

The less said about this state the better. So I will today just share a small experiment that has helped me find peace whenever there has been any disturbance in my energy system.

Issue: Too many thoughts, mind feels like a traffic signal.
Solution: Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position. 
  2. Take a few deep breaths to get your breathing even and deep.
  3. Now look at your thoughts and start numbering them; the way you would do in a notebook or on your computer.
  4. Do this for 1-2 min.
  5. Let go and relax.
  6. Check if you are feeling more comfortable and relaxed.
