The less said about this state the better. So I will today just share a small experiment that has helped me find peace whenever there has been any disturbance in my energy system.

- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Take a few deep breaths to get your breathing even and deep.
- Now look at your thoughts and start numbering them; the way you would do in a notebook or on your computer.
- Do this for 1-2 min.
- Let go and relax.
- Check if you are feeling more comfortable and relaxed.
